Job Description: Allianz Partners is looking for a Process Associate to join our Compliance Centre of Excellence for the French Hub, supporting legal entities in France, Mauritius, and La Réunion.In this role, you will work closely with our global Economic Sanctions and Anti Money Laundering team, contribute to meaningful compliance initiatives, and help shape the future of Anti-Financial Crime across multiple jurisdictions.
What you do:
- Manage escalated AML high-risk client and transaction monitoring alerts,
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into complex alerts and guide local business units,
- Provide subject matter expertise on AML, sanctions, and regulatory compliance to stakeholders,
- Perform regulatory horizon scanning and translate findings into actionable business requirements,
- Draft and review internal SOPs and guidelines aligned with global standards and local regulations,
- Support compliance submissions to Allianz Partners Group, Allianz SE, and regulatory bodies.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field,
- 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Legal, or Risk Management — with a strong focus on AML or sanctions,
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and meet tight deadlines,
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work both independently and as a team player,
- Demonstrated experience in managing financial crime risks and integrating regulatory requirements into business operations,
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is essential,
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams),
- Familiarity with AML monitoring tools such as NICE Actimize is highly preferred.
