Expert - Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert - Compensation & Benefits to oversee and administer the company’s compensation, benefits, and payroll programs. This role demands proficiency in compensation structures, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with industry best practices and reports to the Compensation and Projects Manager within the People Experience Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll with 100% compliance to internal policies and labor regulations
- Ensure all payroll activities adhere to audit standards and statutory requirements, including statutory payment deductions
- Optimize payroll processes by introducing automation and reducing manual interventions
- Act as a trusted advisor on compensation-related matters
- Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Develop and implement benefits policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Assist with compensation & benefits audits and provide necessary documentation
- Manage stakeholder relationships related to health insurance and pension plans
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare compensation and benefits reports for management, providing insights on costs, trends, and metrics
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all payroll and compensation-related processes
- Review and refine payroll procedures to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Solid experience in HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory frameworks
- Strong expertise in MS Excel, including the ability to prepare reports, utilize formulas, and perform reconciliations
- Ideally, possess general knowledge of global ERPs such as Dayforce, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS systems
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data management
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
