As part of our growing PMO-as-a-Service offering, you will work with global teams on various project types (IT Transformation, Regulatory, Business, Insurance, Organizational and Operational Excellence, Finance, etc.). 

You will support project delivery while developing capabilities in analysis, stakeholder management, and advisory.

Responsibilities
•    Monitor project performance across scope, timeline, cost, and risks and identify deviations
•    Produce structured reports, insights, and project artefacts ensuring data quality and consistency
•    Manage governance activities, stakeholder communication, and follow-ups for defined areas
•    Analyse project data, highlight risks, issues, and trends, and propose initial recommendations
•    Apply and adapt project management methods to project context
•    Conduct structured analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving
•    Manage and optimise tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms
•    Ensure timely delivery of assigned outputs with ownership of defined deliverables
•    Build understanding of business objectives and project impact
•    Contribute to delivery activities and support execution of project workstreams
•    Identify improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working

Requirements
•    Degree in Technology, IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
•    3–5 years’ experience in project management, PMO, or consulting environment
•    Solid experience in project governance, steering, and methodologies (Agile and classical)
•    Good understanding of project lifecycle and delivery approaches
•    Ability to analyse project data and derive insights to support decision-making
•    Ability to apply structured problem-solving approaches independently
•    Experience in reporting, tools, and performance tracking mechanisms
•    Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
•    Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables with ownership
•    Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
•    Strong communication skills with ability to present structured information
•    Ability to engage with stakeholders on defined topics
•    Proactive, reliable, and accountable working style
•    Ability to work independently in complex and evolving environments
•    Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate across global teams
•    Customer- and service-oriented mindset
•    Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge ways of working

Desired requirements / skills / experience :
•    Exposure to project management tools (MS Projects, Jira etc.) 
•    Proficiency in another language (German, French, etc.) will be a plus  
•    Professional experience in insurance industry is a plus 
•    Possession or target to obtain one of the following certification(s) is a plus: CAPM, PMP, Agile methodology relevant certifications
