Combining innovation and expertise from Allianz Services locations in Germany, Romania, India and Mauritius, the Allianz Services Learning Services team aims to be the preferred service provider across the entire learning value chain. Services include designing learning experiences, creating learning products, managing learning activities, analyzing learning success, and providing trainers and coaches.
As part of Learning Management Services, the Learning Management Expert manages and delivers digital and classroom training using various tools and platforms. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, delivering learning content, providing technical support, and improving learning processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end learning system administration and maintenance through various learning platforms
- Manage learning content, activities, and user data
- Create and analyze reports and learner surveys
- Prepare and distribute communication materials
- Create flows via PowerAutomate
- Provide first-level technical support
- Assist with classroom training coordination and digital sessions
- Attend workshops or meetings on behalf of clients for internal learning programs
- Support purchasing and billing processes
- Support managers to handle charges and accruals monthly
- Handle cross-team activities such as contract management & translation
Requirements:
- Knowledge of LMS, e-learning systems, or databases (preferred e-learning system SAP SuccessFactors Learning Administration)
- Interest in or exposure to automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
- Awareness or experience with AI-driven solutions and process improvements
- Mindset for continuous innovation and digital transformation
- Experience in organizing and administering training
- Familiarity with task management tools
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Ms Excel
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and critical thinking mindset
- Fluent English required; German is a plus
