Facility Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
- Steers the local Facility Management and manages a local team and/or external service providers.
- Management of the local facility management, and steering of external service providers used for the building and facility related services.
- Lease management, document preparation for tenders.
- Quality & Performance Control.
- Data collection and tracking for Environmental reporting / Roll out of environmental initiatives and follow up.
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, cafeteria, and medical room.
- Manage events, meetings, client visits logistics.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and vendor performance.
- Team management: reception, facilities, transportation team.
- Transportation service management for Staff ensuring full compliance and working closely with local stakeholders.
- Access, security and safety management.
- Badge, access control management.
- Security (whether outsourced or managed internally).
- Building evacuation, safety trainings, Conduct fire drills & emergency preparedness.
- Ensuring Compliance.
- Physical security, CCTV, access control, fire systems.
- Handle visitor, material movement & incident reporting, Oversee SEZ cards, audits (PCI/Internal), and compliance.
- Manages local facility maintenance & services.
- Day-to-day Facility Management activities locally including premises maintenance, reception desk, cleaning, security, safety, assignment of rooms, internal moves etc. (whether outsourced or managed internally).
- Maintenance management, ensure operation & preventive maintenance of all equipment.
- Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems.
- Plan shutdowns and track maintenance reports
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management-related activities.
- Good knowledge of the company, its procedures, and organizational structure.
- Proactive, structured, and independent working approach.
- Strong team and communication skills.
- High orientation towards service and quality.
- Enterprising and solution-focused mindset.
- Pragmatic attitude.
- Proficiency in English.
- Good knowledge of IT tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Reliable and discreet.
