Qualification and Experience

  • Chartered Accountant with 10-15 years of experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ITES Corporate sectors.

 

Operations Skill Requirements

 

  • Expertise in Indian Accounting Standards, IFRS, Income Tax Act & Rules, GST Act & Rules
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/HANA) and ability to navigate end‑to‑end finance processes within ERP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and management reporting.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple parallel assignments in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Demonstrated proactiveness in handling compliance matters, identifying issues early and driving timely resolution.
  • Proven track record in handling complex tax and regulatory matters with confidence and sound judgment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including preparation of clear reports, audit responses, and senior‑management updates.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or critical situations, with flexibility and resilience.
  • High level of adaptability and execution discipline during audits, closures, and regulatory deadlines.
