Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate financial business performances and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data and suggest actionable insights on business drivers.
• Prepare and deliver financial analysis and reports to support regulatory reporting and business decision-making.
• Support financial operations, regulatory reporting and risk management activities / deliverables.
• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast processes of respective financial KPIs.
• Build interactive relationships with key stakeholders across the business to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
• Lead or participate in finance-related projects and initiatives.
• Liaise with Group / Asia Regional offices on financial control and accounting matters.
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Accountant / Actuary
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Actuarial or related discipline
• Agile and growth mindset
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Minimum 8-12 years working experience, preferably with both commercial and audit experiences.  Experience in insurance industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• A good team player that can work under pressure and prioritize workload.
• Proficiency in MS Powerpoint & Excel, knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.
