Financial Analyst

What you do

• Develop financial models and analyses of securities issuers to identify investment opportunities.
• Create models to identify and analyze general market movements and trends.
• Prepare models and analyses necessary for asset revaluation.
• Participate in the process of determining strategic and tactical asset allocation.
• Ensure the alignment of assets with liabilities for portfolios where this approach is applicable.
• Prepare reports and summaries on the status of investment portfolios.
• Provide operational support to other employees in the department in the execution of tasks.
• Monitor the process of securities transaction settlement and assist when necessary. 

What you bring

• Higher education in Economics.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience as an analyst.
• Successfully pass the Level 1 exam of the CFA program (considered a strong advantage).
• Knowledge of financial markets (considered an advantage).
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, functions, macros) and PowerPoint.
• Interest in the field of Statistics/Applied Mathematics.
• Experience with R/SQL and/or other statistical/database analysis tools (considered an advantage).
• Proficiency in English.
