What you do
- Develop financial models and analyses of securities issuers to identify investment opportunities.
- Create models to identify and analyze general market movements and trends.
- Prepare models and analyses necessary for asset revaluation.
- Participate in the process of determining strategic and tactical asset allocation.
- Ensure the alignment of assets with liabilities for portfolios where this approach is applicable.
- Prepare reports and summaries on the status of investment portfolios.
- Provide operational support to other employees in the department in the execution of tasks.
- Monitor the process of securities transaction settlement and assist when necessary.
What you bring
- Higher education in Economics.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience as an analyst.
- Successfully pass the Level 1 exam of the CFA program (considered a strong advantage).
- Knowledge of financial markets (considered an advantage).
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, functions, macros) and PowerPoint.
- Interest in the field of Statistics/Applied Mathematics.
- Experience with R/SQL and/or other statistical/database analysis tools (considered an advantage).
- Proficiency in English.
