Projektleiter/in Home Operations

Ihre Rolle / Aufgaben 

Sie übernehmen im Geschäftsfeld Immobilienwirtschaft die komplette Projektorganisation und -steuerung von Bauvorhaben. Ihre Aufgabenfelder sind vielseitig und umfassen neben Gewerbeumbauten und Wohnungsmodernisierungen auch individuelle Baumaßnahmen.

• Steuerung und Durchführung von Baumaßnahmen in Umbau, Instandsetzung und Modernisierung
  Bauleitung von Bauprojekten im schlüsselfertigen Innenausbau
  Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen  
• Steuerung von Nachunternehmerleistungen und Koordination der gewerkeübergreifenden Bauausführung 
• Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Kosten der Bauprojekte
  Betreuung von Bestands- und Neukunden
  Aufmaß und Rechnungsprüfung von Bauleistungen
  Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsfällen

• Technische Ausbildung im Bauwesen (abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Abwicklung von Baumaßnahmen
• Erfahrung in Bausanierung oder in Modernisierungen ist von Vorteil
• Sichere Anwendung der VOB
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
• Führerschein der Klasse B, sehr gute EDV- und Deutschkenntnisse
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
