GLOBAL HRBP APPRENTICE W/M

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR apprentice to join our Global HRBP team for a 12-month apprenticeship. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced HR environment. The apprentice will support various HR initiatives and projects, providing valuable insights and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and coordination of HR projects and initiatives.
• Support the HRBP team in day-to-day activities, including data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Participate in the development and execution of employee engagement programs.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations.
• Help with the preparation and delivery of HR presentations and communications.
• Maintain and update HR records and databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various HR activities.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
