GROUP CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE APPRENTICE W/M

Reporting to the Global Customer Experience (CX) Transformation & Culture Manager, the Group Customer Experience Apprentice will be a key member of the Global Marketing Team within Allianz Trade.
The role holder will work cross-functionally to help define, support, deploy and follow transversal customer experience transformation programs, monitor & facilitate the impact of customer service (CS) improvements globally and support cultural change through employee engagement, communications activities and annual Summit organization.
Your missions:
- Support CX continuous improvement steering activities across Group and in the Regions worldwide (consolidation, reporting, internal tracking)
- Contribute to develop & deploy external and internal communication plans supporting the 2026 strategy (data and content collection, coordination, article writing, content production in various formats)
- Support the change management on main Customer Experience & Customer Services projects
- Be the guardian of the internal employees intranet & other internal channels of communication (regular content update, brand identity alignment, formatting, community management)
- Contribute to develop and build internal training programs
- Reporting, translation from and to English, presentations
- Support to ad hoc CX transformation programs (content production, project management, power point presentations)
- Coordination and alignment, minutes of the meetings
- Track of the latest trends and innovations in terms of customer experience and customer service
Your profile:
- 2-year apprenticeship starting September 2026

Currently in a master's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or equivalent

Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Strong data analysis skills

- First experience in Marketing, Customer Experience or Customer Service
