GROUP PROJECTS CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN W/M

Your role :
The role is to contribute to the roll out of the new customer service model by providing support on strategic projects to enhance customer experience and internal process : needs and implementation of IT solutions. Reports to the group customer service manager.
- Data & KPIs analysis : provide accurate customer data and indicators extractions (usage of IT tools and Excel)
- Participate to the digital tools evolution and incidents management
- International business units interactions : be in contact with the countries regarding to the group customer service projects
- New omnichannel platform & Self-service : improve the usage by customer service teams and customers
- Support to project management tasks including users guides elaboration
Your Profile :
- Sense of customer service and business
- Good communication skills
- Multicultural relationship skills
- Analytic skills, at ease with data (usage of Excel, AI and Digital tools)
- Office package with good command of power point
- Comfortable with IT platforms, BI and collaborative tools
- Fluent in English
