Job Purpose/Role
At Allianz Trade Group “People Centre of Expertise” team, we support the organization globally and impulse actions on the topics of development, engagement, work-well, diversity, inclusion and talent management.
Within this team, you will be working in an international context, surrounded by dedicated people with innovative and entrepreneurial mindsets, working collaboratively and sharing their views in order to develop Allianz Trade’s most valuable asset – its people!
As a Talent Management Intern you will be working with the Group Talent Manager. You will be involved in a variety of exciting projects, take on responsibility and get great insights into the people development function of an international, dynamic and multi-faceted company.
Key Responsibilities
- You facilitate the “life of HR” at Allianz Trade through day-to-day support on talent management topics, regular communication on initiatives and projects, animation of the HR intranet page and by promoting a culture of collaboration within the HR Community
- You contribute to the rollout of various talent initiatives (mentoring, coaching, talent communities, etc.)
- You support the preparation, coordination and follow-up of the Talent Discussions (a yearly series of meetings between managers and HR with the purpose of identifying talents and creating succession plans for key positions). You assist HR colleagues globally throughout the process
- You collect and analyse talent management data to guide future decisions and promote a data-focused mind-set among the HR community through communication campaigns and training materials (if you feel comfortable, you may organize live training sessions about HR IT tools, data quality, etc.)
- You create social media content on HR topics in collaboration with the HR communication officer
This is not an exhaustive list. As we operate in a fast-paced environment, new projects and initiatives may come up during your apprenticeship
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
Soft skills:

- You are autonomous and you are able to take initiatives in your scope of responsibility
- You have track record of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- You are wired digital and simplicity
- Your personal/professional experience demonstrate you can adapt to diverse cultures and assignments
Technical skills / education:
-
- You are completing a Master’s degree
- You are fluent in English (written and verbal), another language is an asset
- You know how to make impactful and visual communication materials using different tools (Canva, Powerpoint,...)
- You are comfortable with Excel (vlookup, if, concatenate, pivot table…)
