Main Responsibilities
As part of managing and executing program implementation and policy issuance, you will be responsible for:
Program Implementation:
- Managing the schedule for system setup for upcoming program renewals.
- Ensuring systems are updated with the latest program information and resolving data quality issues.
- Advising Sales & ACMA on the best way to set up programs.
- Producing updated Master Agreements as required.
Clause Management:
- Ensuring correct clauses are attached to Master Agreements and uploaded to the system.
- Monitoring translations of clauses into local languages when necessary.
Policy Issuance:
- Coordinating workflow with other teams to ensure timely execution.
- Issuing local policy documentation with complete accuracy.
- Ensuring local requirements (foreign language, mandatory clauses, fronter) are fully reflected in documentation.
Mid-Term Amendments:
- Managing and executing Mid-Term Amendments while ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Generating new Master Agreement/Policy documents according to KPI quality standards.
Coordination & Communication:
- Acting as a key liaison between various Allianz Trade functions and regional teams.
- Collaborating with teams across geographical and functional boundaries for seamless global contract servicing.
Profile
- Experience in managing multinational programs and policy issuance.
- Ability to handle high work volumes and work proactively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MNC IT systems (PraxisPF) and related processes.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of interacting at various organizational levels and within multicultural settings.
