Join our Group Credit team and play a key role in delivering timely, accurate, and standardized reporting across the organization. You will support Credit Underwriting and Credit Assessment teams while contributing to reporting transformation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Group business reporting system (GRIC).

  • Produce regular reports on Risk Underwriting, Grading, and Information parameters (Global Risk, MGA, TRAM, etc.).

  • Collect, coordinate, and validate data from local teams.

  • Work closely with systems maintenance teams (CBIS, MicroStrategy, etc.).

  • Ensure data accuracy through established control tools.

  • Analyze data, challenge operational teams, and explain variances and deviations.

  • Support Regional RIC Reporting teams and promote reporting best practices across Business Units.

  • Maintain KPI documentation and ensure alignment across the Group.

  • Actively contribute to harmonizing reporting processes and sharing best practices globally.

  • Monitor report relevance and adjust standard business reporting as needed.

  • Participate in the development of the Datahub project for Credit Underwriting and Assessment.

Who You Are:

  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Excel and database management.

  • Experienced with reporting tools such as SAS, Python, SQL, Access, and VBA Excel.

  • Strong communicator, able to work effectively in an international environment.

  • Team player with the ability to identify and promote best practices.

  • Adaptable and comfortable interacting with diverse business environments.

  • Quick learner with a curiosity to explore topics in depth.

  • Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
