Group HR Data Analyst F/M

The role
Reporting to Group HR Data Lead, the Group HR Data Analyst is responsible for steering the HR performance and oversees all KPIs activities related to Human resources. As part of the central team you will contribute to high quality planning, forecasting and tracking of relevant HR information, systems and applications.
Main missions
Operational HR reporting :
• Group recurring reports at Allianz Trade (Monthly/Quarterly analysis, Board Reportings, Dashboards)
• Adhoc reports from internal & external stakeholders
• Analysing data and dashboards creation
HR Data quality :
• Perform and manage regular HR Data quality checks and follow up with regional teams
• Adhoc HR data quality checks (according to period)
• Build clear processes to improve HR Data quality in systems
HR Reporting project :
• Being part of group reporting process : CSRD (Corporate Social Responsibility Directives)
• Automatization and rationalisation of reporting (at convenience with Power Query, Macro…)
• Contribute in the HR Data Governance framework
Stakeholder Collaboration :
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT and cross‑functional teams to optimise reporting toools, improve data quality and enhance the overall user experience
• Support Regional and Local HR Controllers in mastering reporting tools, analytics methodologies and global standards
Knowledge / Experience / Skills required
- 4 minimum years working experience either in HR data management, IT or Reporting
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Mastery in Excel and proficiency in SAP (BW)
- Solid internal control/audit experience
- Former experience in HR controlling
- Comfortable in Matrix environment
