As an IT Senior Project Manager the candidate will be responsible for
- Manage the product delivery and GDAS team, Liase with multiple for new rollout, accurately represent their business units’ needs to the Project Team
- Co-ordinate requirement gathering of GDAS application and take steps to maintain it.
- Validate the deliverables that describe the product or service that the project will produce
- Facilitate Fit-Gap workshops and own the action items.
- Mange change, Priorities backlog convincing stakeholder. Create product/project roadmap, conduct requirements refinements of business features for development.
- Work and coordinate closely with multiple stakeholders
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Ensure that all the steps for releasing have been done (testing, regression testing, UAT signoff, deployment to production), oversee rollout, post-go-live support and hypercare
- Track project and product progress, providing regular reports to stakeholders and identifying any risks or issues.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and agile processes. Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications
Master’s degree and 14+ Years of IT experience.
- Experience as a Senior Project Manager IT projects for large companies.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, ability to use project and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to analyze solutions and metrics to make informed decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to present consolidate plans and results clearly and convincingly.
- Ability to lead and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ability to identify / resolve issues and to remove impediments / to facilitate for removing impediments
- Proven expertise of leading a team with vendors and Technical experts from various locations.
- Exposure to various cloud platforms
