Position Summary
The Tribe Lead combines the responsibilities of a Service Owner, Service Manager, Product Owner, and Delivery Lead. This role drives the end‑to‑end delivery of technology services, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization. You will lead cross-functional squads, align technology initiatives with business goals, and ensure seamless integration of tools, platforms, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Technology & Service Leadership
- Shape and execute technology strategies that support business priorities.
- Oversee service delivery to ensure systems are stable, reliable, and high performing.
- Ensure effective service operations through ITIL-aligned processes and governance.
Process & Platform Excellence
- Identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and user experience.
- Optimize business processes using technology solutions and automation.
- Manage ServiceNow operations and CMDB enhancements where applicable.
Project & Delivery Ownership
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee change, incident, and problem management processes.
- Track KPIs and provide clear dashboards and reports to leadership.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery and explore value‑adding solutions.
- Build strong partnerships across departments and maintain excellent communication channels.
Data & Insights
- Use analytics to monitor service performance, drive improvements, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Training & Adoption
- Enable teams with training, communication, and support to maximize technology adoption and effectiveness.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high standards of security, including BCP/DR readiness and data integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- 10+ years in IT operations, including 3–5 years in service management roles.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, data analytics tools, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and ITIL processes.
- Experience working in multinational teams and multi‑supplier environments.
- Certifications preferred: ITIL, PMP/PRINCE2.
- Hands-on technical exposure (Servers, Networks, Azure, AD) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of programming (Java, SQL, Angular) is beneficial.
- Strong communication, analytical abilities, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Functional/Domain Expertise
Incident Management
- Ensure adherence to ITIL practices and drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate cross-team efforts and provide weekly incident reports.
- Track compliance and escalate non-compliant tickets as necessary.
Change Management
- Plan, coordinate, and communicate all changes across environments.
- Identify risks/conflicts and ensure readiness before deployments.
- Keep stakeholders informed throughout the change lifecycle.
Problem Management
- Maintain and track problem records and drive root cause analysis.
- Conduct review meetings and provide progress updates.
- Use trend analysis to drive proactive problem management and reduce recurring issues.

Good to have
- Having a basic understanding or exposure to AI tools would be a plus.
- Familiarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.
- Basic knowledge or experience with AI tools will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AI tools, even at a basic level, is a value-add.
- A fundamental grasp of AI tools will be an added benefit.
