Role Description
Allianz have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the Engineering Inspection Services team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented administrative colleague to support our engineering operations through the management of online portals and general administrative tasks. This role offers flexibility in working hours and scope, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable adapting to changing priorities.
This hybrid role is based in our Guildford office, with an expectation to be on-site every Tuesday.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £26,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
- Online Portal Management
- Maintain and update records across various internal and external portals.
- Monitor portal activity and ensure timely responses to queries or requests.
- Upload and manage documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve portal-related issues.
- General Administrative Support:
- Provide flexible admin support across the team as needed.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation.
- Flexibility & Collaboration:
- Adapt to varying workloads, with some weeks requiring fewer hours.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.
- Take initiative to support team goals and contribute to process improvements.
Essential Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with digital systems and online platforms.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Desirable Skills
- Previous admin experience preferred but not essential.
