Marketing and Communications Officer
Role Description
Allianz UK is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Communications Officer to join our Brand Team to support with brand management, governance and campaign delivery.
You’ll play a key role in promoting our brand, engaging our audiences and helping to grow awareness of Allianz in the UK.
In this role, no two days are the same and you’ll be a key part of delivering a broad range of fast-moving projects to a consistently high standard to help grow our brand.
This role is a hybrid role based out of Guildford office.
The position will be a 12-month secondment.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £32,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
- You will be contributing to the development and delivery of brand initiatives and campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders and agencies to engage audiences internally and externally.
- Help ensure all branded assets and communications consistently meet our brand guidelines across tone of voice and visual identity.
- Support with delivering brand and tone of voice training and education of our people across the business.
- Provide project support for delivery of brand activity from podcasts to internal brand engagement.
- Support with brand reporting such as our brand health data and customer research.
- Assist with our messaging, telling customer stories and reasons to believe for our brands.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks such as inbox management, invoicing, merchandise orders, and supporting the distribution of branded materials for sponsorships and events.
Essential Skills
- Creative and up to date with the latest developments in marketing trends
- Keen to adopt a data-driven approach to trying new things
- A natural problem solver with the ability to think quickly to find practical solutions to challenges
- Organised and professional - able to juggle projects and deadlines, adapting skill sets to fit a broad range of projects at any one time
- Collaborative and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with brand governance, asset sign-off processes, and campaign delivery is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn from a team of brand experts.
