This is a hybrid role based in either our London or Guildford office, with the expectation to be working in person for at least 40% of your time.
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £75,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
About You
In this role you will be:
- Leading strategic workforce planning with business leaders and People Partnering to forecast future needs and shape our people strategy.
- Working with teams in our Global Headquarters (Munich) to deliver on the Group ambitions.
- Owning and evolving our organisational streamlining approach, collaborating across the business to deliver real, measurable results.
- Redesigning structures and roles to unlock efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement.
- Using workforce data analytics to spot trends, solve challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
- Supporting major change projects and transformation programmes to realise workforce and efficiency benefits.
- Leading Agile squads to deliver process improvements and enhance efficiency.
- Facilitating the implementation of Group People & Culture initiatives, ensuring Allianz UK is always ahead of the curve.
Essential Skills
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in organisational design, strategic workforce planning, or workforce transformation.
- Experience working in a medium to large scale organisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel and data analytics experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with HR technologies and data analytics tools
Desirable Skills
It’s advantageous to be:
- Working towards, or committed to achieving, CIPD status in the future.
- Experienced in working in an organisation with global matrix reporting lines.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and/or financial services in general
