Role Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Continuous Improvement Business Owner to drive digital excellence, product adoption, and continuous improvement across AZC. Reporting into Continuous Improvement and working closely with the COO and Transformation teams, you will act as AZC Product Owner for key digital platforms—including customer contact tools (e.g., Content Guru/Storm) and process‑mining assets (e.g., Celonis). You’ll ensure initiatives align with commercial strategy, progress to plan, and deliver measurable value.
You will shape platform strategy, prioritise enhancements, and champion adoption to improve outcomes for customers, brokers, and colleagues. This is a visible and influential role, blending strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
This position sits within the Commercial Strategy and Customer Experience division, a growing team focused on driving strategic coherence, customer centricity, and progressive change across the commercial business.
This is a hybrid role based in any of the UK offices.
