- Overseeing the management of leads and the sales process in alignment with established targets.
- Maintaining an average handling time for calls in accordance with process targets and requirements.
- Addressing product or service issues by elucidating the customer's concerns to guarantee the highest level of satisfaction.
- Ensuring that all interactions—whether calls, emails, or chats—conducted by the associate adhere to the prescribed quality standards.
- Proactively following up on customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring their resolution within the specified timeframe.
- Achieving the minimum required login hours while consistently delivering quality service to all customers.
