- Maintain average handling time (AHT) for calls in line with process objectives and requirements.
- Address product or service issues by thoroughly understanding the customer's concerns to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all calls, emails, or chats managed by the associate adhere to quality standards.
- Follow up on customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring they are resolved within the designated timeframe.
- Achieve the minimum required login hours and deliver quality service to every customer.
