What you do
1. 挖掘家办高净值客户需求，设计提供高价值产品计划；
2. 赋能各渠道进行家办高净值客户的陪访和促成；
3. 整合内外部资源，组织主讲家办高净值客户主题沙龙，并协助进行业绩追踪、转化和落实；
4. 打造家族办公室税务主题培训体系；
5. 对接外部税务，法律，慈善，投资等渠道资源，打造家族办公室服务生态；
6. 主管分配的其他工作任务。
What you bring
1. 大学本科及以上学历；
2. 3-5年四大或其他税务所从业经验，3年以上金融行业相关领域工作经验。其中银行、保险公司或家办税务专家从业经验者优先；
3. 有相关专业内外部培训及客户沙龙主讲经验，可以主导前线完成客户方案落地；
4. 具有项目执行能力，具备良好的独立工作能力带动项目落地；
5. 良好的沟通能力，中英文表达流利。
