Your Role at a Glance
You will be the face of Allianz Bank Bulgaria for our clients. You will advise them, help them find the best banking solution, and build long-term relationships based on trust. If you enjoy working with people and want to grow within one of the world's most stable financial institutions, this is the place for you.
What you do:
- Advise clients on retail banking products, from accounts and deposits to loans and insurance solutions.
- Attract new clients and identify opportunities for additional solutions that create value for them.
- Perform daily banking operations, including payments, transfers, account openings, and deposits.
- Maintain relationships with clients, especially during challenging times, because a great advisor is always there when needed.
- Support the cashier team when required, because teamwork is at the heart of what we do.
What you bring:
- University degree (a degree in Economics is considered an advantage).
- Previous experience in the banking sector of 2+ years is a plus, but if you are highly motivated, we will provide the necessary training.
- Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
- Confidence in using computers and curiosity about new technologies (AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot are part of our daily work).
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Willingness to support the cashier team when needed.
