What you do:

  • Lead the Claims management department and report directly to the COO.
  • Lead and optimize the claims management process to align with business objectives.
  • Supervise the entire claims handling process, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve complex claims.
  • Propose and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve processing times.
  • Set, monitor, and report on performance KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Enhance operational rules, processes, and standards for claims management.
  • Develop and operate a performance setting and monitoring system for claims.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support projects beyond daily responsibilities.
  • Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards in claims management.

 

What you bring:

  • Higher education degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on motivating teams.
  • Familiarity with insurance regulations and specific claims liquidation requirements.
  • Experience in developing and operating performance setting and monitoring systems for claims.
