1. 监测关键法规和集团政策变化，及时传达和培训相关变化，监督和促进经营管理行为的依法、合规性，并在日常工作中识别、检测并及时跟进合规问题的整改、追踪和报告。
2. 为公司日常运营提供合规方面有建设性的支持，为集团、亚太和公司重要项目提供本地合规的有效支持。
3. 领导团队，协调内外部相关方，做好股东股权、董事会运作、公开信息披露等相关工作，提升公司治理水平。
4. 发展建设合规和公司治理职能，驱动团队人才发展和继任，管理团队的工作质量、编制及费用，提升AES。
5. 主管分配的其他工作任务。
