Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key multi-agencies and brokers
- Accountability for sales results in the Key Multi-Agency and Broker Channel
- Develop the sales strategy for the Key Multi-Agency and Broker Channel
- Create and implement innovative solutions that support sales and enhance customer experience in the Key Multi-Agency and Broker Channel
- Cooperate with other Allianz departments to optimize processes for working with this channel
- Optimize budget utilization
- Manage the work of the subordinate organizational unit
- Assess team members and ensure the development of their knowledge and skills
- Foster attitudes aligned with the organization’s values, high levels of engagement and motivation, and ethical behavior
- Participate in employer-led projects as required by business needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Your qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry
- Excellent knowledge of the multi-agency and/or broker market
- Strong sales management skills
- Strong team management skills for teams cooperating with multi-agencies and/or brokers
- Several years of experience in a managerial role within sales
- Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets
- Understanding of multi-agency and broker distribution channels
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business partner
- Practical knowledge of AI tools, such as ChatGPT
