Whether you're already working within engineering inspection or have a qualification in a mechanical engineering-related discipline and are looking to apply your skills in a specialist inspection and compliance role, this position offers the opportunity to build a rewarding career within a respected and growing industry.

As an LEV Engineer Surveyor, you'll carry out Thorough Examination and Testing (TExT) of Local Exhaust Ventilation systems across a wide range of customer sites, including schools, hospitals, manufacturing facilities and production environments. You'll inspect systems designed to control dust, fumes, vapours and mists, helping customers maintain safe workplaces and meet their legal obligations under COSHH regulations.

Using your engineering knowledge and practical experience, you'll assess LEV equipment including fans, ductwork, hoods and filtration systems, providing clear, professional reports and recommendations. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for engineers looking to develop specialist expertise in LEV inspection and compliance.

You'll work independently across your allocated area, managing your own inspection schedule and workload while building trusted relationships with customers.
