What do we expect you to bring?
- Minimum 5 years of experience in both operational and strategic levels of sales and business development processes.
- Good command of English,
- Proven capability to translate data into commercial and operational value.
- Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
- High level of proficiency in CRM systems and up-to-date sales technologies.
- Effective utilization of data-driven tools.
- Advanced reporting and presentation skills to deliver performance outcomes and insights to senior management.
- Highly persuasive with a strong target and result-oriented mindset, even in challenging environments.
- Proactive approach to business processes with a strong willingness to take responsibility and initiative in critical situations.
- Flexible and agile working style with the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic business environments and changing market conditions.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder levels.
- Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
How can you make an impact?

Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing client portfolio and develop actionable plans.

Formulate and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Analyze customer feedback to provide strategic recommendations for process and service improvements.

Support sales processes by actively participating in critical client visits.

Conduct comprehensive customer needs analyses in collaboration with sales teams.

Develop innovative projects to generate new revenue opportunities.

Contribute directly to the achievement and execution of established sales targets.

Analyze sales data to identify market trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive performance reports.

Research and adapt new technologies to enhance and modernize sales processes.

Ensure the effective and maximized utilization of CRM and similar enterprise systems.

Identify and implement opportunities for digitalization and automation within workflows.

Execute continuous improvements to optimize the efficiency of overall sales processes.

Guide, coordinate, and lead sales teams while providing regular coaching and mentorship to team members.
