How can you make an impact?
- Manage the channel in a way that strengthens the collaboration between AZTR and the Business Partner in the responsible branch.
- Monitor the market in the responsible branch for AZTR, identify opportunities, and conduct processes to implement these opportunities together with the business partner.
- Take actions to increase efficiency and production in a way that contributes to achieving the targets of the responsible branch, and ensure necessary coordination for these actions to be taken.
- Maintain the coordination and commitment of the channel sales teams at the highest level, and carry out necessary activities to ensure that company strategies are embraced by the sales teams.
- Ensure the realization of the company's critical and large-scale bancassurance projects within the targeted timeline and content.
- Take necessary actions to ensure that the sales and service processes under your responsibility progress in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate renewal training for bank sales teams regarding products and processes.
- Design campaign setups, ensure their design, and be responsible for evaluating the designed campaign setups in line with strategy and targets.
What do we expect you to bring?
- Having a bachelor's degree from a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in Channel Management, Bank Channel Management, process management, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of insurance products.
- Proficient use of MS Office applications.
- Preferably, a good command of English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Inclined towards teamwork.
- Ability to work systematically and orderly
- Being knowledgeable in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
