What do we expect you to bring?
- Graduated from a relevant undergraduate degree program (Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields),
- Minimum 8 years of experience in actuarial roles, product pricing, or portfolio management within the insurance or financial services sector,
- Advanced level of written and verbal English skills,
- Experience working closely with senior executives, Group actuarial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders,
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into strategic insights,
- A background in management consulting or strategic planning is an asset,
- Strong strategic perspective, analytical thinking, and data interpretation skills with the ability to generate actionable insights for pricing and profitability,
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong focus on execution, delivery, and team leadership,
- Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, international environment,
- Passion for leveraging AI and data to improve actuarial processes, drive automation, and increase efficiency in collaboration with Data & Analytics teams,
- Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, and AI/Data Strategy as applied to insurance products.
How can you make an impact?
- Lead technical pricing processes and ensure SD and PD budgeting aligns with Allianz Türkiye's strategic agenda and Group rules,
- Monitor portfolio development to ensure growth and profitability targets are met, providing strategic direction on commercial pricing,
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects (Group and local) from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery,
- Analyze product performance data, derive insights, and support executive decision-making with data-driven recommendations on portfolio mix and pricing strategies,
- Prepare executive-level presentations and decision materials on technical pricing and portfolio performance, and present them to senior management when required,
- Coordinate and lead sync meetings, one-on-ones, and working sessions to ensure team alignment and effective communication,
- Drive the implementation of AI initiatives to modernize actuarial workflows and enhance operational efficiency,
- Support the preparation of monthly business performance updates and strategic reporting activities for the executive committee,
- Identify opportunities to improve internal actuarial processes and contribute to the implementation of AI-driven and automation-focused solutions.
