What do we expect you to bring?
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Information Technology / Information, Engineering, or related fields,
• 7 years or more experience in IT Risk Management, IT Governance, IT Internal Control, IT Audit, or IT related consulting,
• Familiarity with control frameworks (COSO, COBIT) is a must; familiarity with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) is a huge plus.
• Advanced level English,
• Proficient working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint,
• Self-driven and analytical, you can grasp a variety of topics and think critically,
• Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate your thoughts in a clear and concise manner to various audiences, including senior management.
How can you make an impact?
- Manage everything IT risk related and be the main contact point of all IT risk management issues for the organization and the Chief Risk Officer.
- Supporting and challenging the business in the identification, management, and monitoring of significant (especially IT related) risks arising in key processes, activities, and projects
- Managing all IT risk related topics and projects and their governance leg for the 2nd LoD (Line of Defense)
- Proactively coordinating the identification, design, and testing of key controls through constant interaction with the business/operations/IT and follow-up on operational weaknesses,
- Updating and maintaining the risk and control system while ensuring the consistency and quality of non-financial risk data and reports,
- Coordinating report process to senior management on IT risks, operational weaknesses, and the ongoing quality of the control structure,
- Fostering the collaboration with other control functions such as IT, Information Security, Compliance, Audit during cross-functional initiatives.
