What do we expect you to bring?
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in business, finance, engineering or related discipline,
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a Market or Financial Risk Management, or Business Planning departments of insurance companies,
- Experience in insurance sector is a must
- High level of commitment and interest to work in a dynamic and demanding environment,
- Self-motivation, excellent analytical (including synthetization of detailed data into high level summaries), organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment,
- Ability to establish relationships across all business areas and multiple stakeholders locally and in Group - a communicative and collaborative mindset,
- International working experience and enjoy working in an international department,
- Fluency in English is mandatory,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, (Especially mid-to-advanced level of Office Excel proficiency)

Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
How can you make an impact?
- Monitor and review local regulatory capital requirement, apply stress tests/scenarios, plan and manage capital and dividend payments for budget years,
- Learn to calculate and report Solvency II capital requirement to relevant counter-parties,
- Set up systems in order to determine, assess, monitor financial risks ie. interest rate, currency, counterparty default risk,
- Provide oversight on processes and follow-up measures to assess the functional effectiveness of financial risk management,
- Provide quarterly and/or ad-hoc Group reporting on financial issues (Quantitative/Qualitative Risk Report, Risk Committee, Finance Committee etc.)
- Monitor adherence to Group Risk policies and standards with regards to financial risks and capital management,
- Collaborate with 1st Line in the identification of key and emerging financial risks, including appropriate measures in line with the risk appetite of the Group,
- Represent Risk Management in relevant Committee(s) / meetings / risk assessment workshops: analyze risks, offer constructive challenge and new ideas,
- Interact with Local and Group business functions to ensure proper consideration and awareness of risk aspects,
- Work in an agile environment where taking financial and operational risk management, internal control, compliance tasks are encouraged,
