What We Expect From You?

Bachelor’s degree in related fields (preferably Banking, Insurance, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering).

Proficiency in technical insurance processes (Quotation, Policy Issuance, Claims) or a strong willingness to learn.

Experience or theoretical knowledge in System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Ability to use a solution-oriented professional tone in customer complaint management processes.

Strong analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail and the ability to maintain effective communication with operational units.
- Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT
How Can You Make an Impact?

Conduct end-to-end functional screen tests and print/documentation tests for new or updated insurance products.

Ensure that all parameters (premium, coverage, discounts/loadings) are correctly defined throughout the policy production cycle, from the initial quote to the final issuance.

Work in coordination with operational departments to test the full policy lifecycle (e.g., verifying if a claim can be successfully opened against a newly issued policy).

Meticulously monitor and respond to feedback received via customer complaint platforms.

Analyze pricing-related complaints to verify the system's calculation logic and provide data-driven insights to relevant departments for necessary improvements.

Translate product-related feedback into actionable inputs for system testing processes to develop proactive solutions.
