What do we expect you to bring?
- LLB or equivalent law degree,
- Min. 3 years and max. 6 years experience,
- Advanced skills in Excell, PowerPoint and other Office Programmes,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must,
- This role would suits someone with an experience up to min. 3 years at Insurance Law, Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Company Law, Competition Law, Personal Data Protection Legislation, Capital Markets Board (SPK), Banking, and other relevant legislative knowledge,
- Ability to solve problems, think analytically, conduct persuasion and negotiation processes, be results-oriented, resilient to stress, cope with challenges, possess effective communication skills, and exhibit leadership qualities is necessary.

Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
How can you make an impact?
- Providing legal counsel services to the Upper Management, Company Business Units, and other relevant parties to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations,
- Providing legal support to the Company's projects related to their area of responsibility; ensures compliance with legal regulations, understands the Company's business and strategy, and finds solutions that effectively meet business requirements,
- Providing legal opinions and interpretations during the execution and implementation stages of processes within the scope of responsibilities, helping to minimize risks,
- Ensuring coordination with the Allianz Group regarding legal matters within the scope of responsibilities and legal processes,
- Monitoring the examination, research, and investigation processes of legal matters conducted by the company with official institutions and authorities,
- Informing relevant functions about important legal issues, including key legislative changes related to the company's field of activity,
- Drafting and rewieving internal contract requests, conduct contract negotiation processes, provide legal opinions on contracts when necessary, and ensure compliance of existing contracts with Allianz SE standards,
- Supporting the prepare of procedures, guides, and other documents as needed for the department's needs or the execution of tasks,
- Providing legal support for company projects, offer opinions and legal approval related to the development of new products or the revision of existing products,
- Reviewing and responding to letters from official and private institutions when necessary,
- Monitoring all antitrust cases and investigations related to competition law violations within the company,
- Carrying out necessary reporting on matters within the scope of responsibilities,
- Providing information regarding regulations and changes related to Company activities within the scope of legislative examination.
