What We Expect From You

  • Holding a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, or other related quantitative fields,
  • Having knowledge of marketing and the ability to analyze customer behavior and insights; experienced and motivated in designing segmentation and portfolio actions and interpreting results,
  • Bringing strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with experience in project management,
  • Possessing advanced SQL knowledge,
  • Being proficient in actively using MS Office applications,
  • Having experience in data processing, analysis, and modeling with Python is a plus,
  • Having a good command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Being a good team player with strong coordination skills across teams, and adapting well to agile working models,
  • Demonstrating initiative-taking ability,
  • Communicating effectively and clearly,
  • Having well-developed presentation skills,

How Can You Make an Impact?

  • Supporting the data, analysis, and modeling needs of various departments related to Life/Pension insurance lines,
  • Carrying out exploratory data analysis, data preparation, and data visualization steps,
  • Building and optimizing models using machine learning algorithms for feature selection, regression, classification, and clustering,
  • Taking actionable steps for the implementation of developed models,
  • Conducting analyses to define, measure, and regularly monitor KPIs critical to customer management, highlighting significant changes and ensuring necessary actions are taken,
  • Providing support and taking proactive actions for below-the-line (BTL) customer communications,
