What do we expect you to bring?
- Administration, Business Information Technology / Information, Engineering, Law or related fields
- Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in Internal Control, Non-Financial Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, IT, or consulting
- Experience in insurance sector (Life & Private Pension) is a must
- Fluent communication skills in English
- High level of commitment and interest to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Especially in Excel and PowerPoint)
- Self-motivation, excellent analytical (including synthetization of detailed data into high level summaries), organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent Communicator with the ability to articulate thoughts in a clear and concise manner to various audiences, including senior management
- Holding professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CRMA, CFE, etc. is a plus
- Familiarity with control frameworks (COSO, COBIT) is beneficial but not a must
- Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
How can you make an impact?
- Performing Internal Control projects to both support and challenge the business in the identification, management and monitoring of significant risks arising in key processes, activities and projects
- Evaluation of risk levels related to Non-Financial risk categories, conducting discussions with business units regarding evaluation results, creating control test plans specified for each risk, testing controls, and reporting any non-compliance
- Conducting topic-based periodic control activities and process control studies within the scope of internal control work
- Conducting Risk Control Assessment (RCA) workshops with business units regarding the validity of risks and controls
- Carrying out ad-hoc tasks and operations communicated by the Allianz group and senior management
- Performing periodic checks of documents such as policies and procedures within the Allianz group governance framework
