What do we expect you to bring?
- Minimum 3–5 years of business-oriented analysis experience in the insurance sector, preferably focusing on non-auto personal lines.
- A strong interest in product design, customer experience, and commercial performance, with a proven "customer problem → product solution" mindset.
- Ability to transform complex rule sets (coverages, exclusions, limits, and channel-specific variations) of products like property, personal accident, cyber, or electronic equipment into clear workflow charts and precise business rules.
- Active proficiency in utilizing agile collaboration tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.

Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
- Proven communication and coordination experience acting as a bridge between business units and IT teams, aligning diverse disciplines toward shared objectives.
- High motivation to architect customizable, modular, and scalable product structures based on specific distribution channels, customer segments, and use-case scenarios.
How can you make an impact?
- Translate business unit goals, customer needs, and market expectations into clear, concise, and actionable requirements for IT teams.
- Analyze end-to-end digital customer journeys—from quotation to policy issuance, as well as pre- and post-claims services—for non-auto personal lines (such as Property/Home, Personal Accident, Cyber Risks, Electronic Equipment, Pet, and Travel Insurance).
- Collaborate closely with CX, Marketing, and Digital Channels teams to design personalized and modular product structures tailored to diverse customer segments and sales channels (bancassurance, agencies, digital, and mobile).
- Monitor evolving customer expectations, global insurance trends, emerging technologies (embedded insurance, subscription models, parametric approaches, digital services, etc.), and regulatory changes to actively drive the implementation of new product and coverage concepts.
- Convert complex regulations, technical product structures, and actuarial pricing approaches into simple, streamlined, and viable business processes.
- Participate in squads under respective chapters to contribute to feature prioritization, author user stories, and lead all quality assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes through to production deployment.
- Evaluate incoming requests and analyze reports by bridging business commercial needs with IT technical capabilities to deliver concrete, measurable, and value-added outcomes.
