What do we expect you to bring?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Actuarial Science (preferably registered).
- At least 3 years of experience in the insurance market.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience in reporting using KNIME & SAS.
- Proficient in data analysis, with a strategic mindset and strong presentation skills.
- A team player who values teamwork and collaboration.
- Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
How can you make an impact?
- Monitor the production and profitability of Non-Motor Retail Insurance products using both internal and external data.
- Play an active role in data transformation initiatives.
- Create and monitor reports and dashboards necessary for performance tracking, and develop action recommendations.
- Analyze market dynamics and propose new project ideas based on the insights.
- Conduct actuarial analyses required in the new product development process.
- Generate ad-hoc analyses and reports in a big data environment.
- Develop risk, churn, and segmentation models using machine learning techniques.
