What do we expect you to bring?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics,
-
Min. 2 years of experience is preferred,
-
Advanced level of English proficiency,
-
Knowledge of Python and SQL is preferred,
-
Hands-on experience in reporting using popular data visualization/reporting tools,
-
Competent in data analysis with a strategic mindset and strong presentation skills,
-
A collaborative team player who highly values teamwork and cooperation,
-
Knowledgeable in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT (LLMs).
How can you make an impact?

Monitoring the production and profitability of Motor Retail Insurance products using both internal and external data sources,
-
Conducting commercial tariff impact analyses, developing business scenarios, and ensuring system integration using the WTW Radar tool,
-
Creating, monitoring, and maintaining reports and interactive dashboards for performance tracking, and developing strategic action proposals,
-
Analyzing market dynamics and proposing innovative project ideas based on the gathered insights,
-
Performing necessary actuarial analyses during the new product development phase.
