What do we expect you to bring?
- Graduated from relevant undergraduate programs,
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of sales analytics,
- Advanced experience with SAS, SQL, and preferably Python,
- Proficient in English at a good level,
- Confident in knowledge and skills in analysis and reporting,
- A team player,
- Possesses analytical thinking, a strategic perspective, and a solution-oriented approach,
- Proficient in using MS Office applications

Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
How can you make an impact?
- Monitoring agency protocol processes in the Life/Pension branch,
- Creating routine reports such as Life/Pension production, continuity, and performance reports,
- Leading the agency protocol system project and taking actions to improve the project,
- Conducting simulations to decide on campaigns in the Pension and Life branches and tracking/reporting the results of these campaigns,
- Actively contributing to data analytics projects,
- Performing data analyses on cases that support sales and agency management processes to derive statistically significant insights,
- Taking an active role in reporting processes and leading necessary changes,
- Monitoring industry data,
- Coordinating sales incentives and reporting the results.
