What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources or closely related areas
• Sales recruiting and mass recruiting is a plus
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken
• Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach, taking end-to-end ownership of tasks to ensure their successful completion
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust-based relationships with teams at all levels and fostering effective collaborations
• Following AI and digital technologies; willingness to develop processes with a focus on automation, innovation, and efficiency

How can you make an impact?

• Support talent acquisition processes to ensure the timely identification and hiring of top candidates.
• Collaborate with business units to update job descriptions and competency profiles for open positions, initiating the recruitment cycle.
• Monitor and utilize relevant career platforms and candidate tracking applications effectively.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (candidate screening, interview scheduling, inventory applications, reference checks, interview evaluations) in close coordination with the team.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Play an active role in strategic projects, providing valuable insights and support.
• Regularly update and report on process and candidate data, sharing data-driven insights to optimize decision-making.
