Project Name : CTA.

This role offers opportunities to work and Lead CTA Risk modelling Platform in AWS cloud and on prem in CTA and also role is to ensure the ITSM process of program . 100%

You Will

Duties and Responsibilities

List in order of importance and state approximate weightage accorded to each.

• Knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud platforms.

• Experience working with SaaS applications.

• Hands-on experience with Windows on-premises servers.

• End-to-end DBA knowledge, including MSSQL administration.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.

• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell.

• Understanding of application packaging using MSI/FlexApp technologies.

• Ability to create and manage Active Directory (AD) groups in both on-prem and cloud environments.

• Proficiency in ticketing tools like ServiceNow.

• Hands on experience on Linux, Windows

• Infrastructure Security Principles

• Good networking knowledge (Routing, IP, TCP)

• Experience handling Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, and Change Requests.

• Strong communication skills to liaise between business and service owners.

Qualification, Experience and Skills

BE, Btech , Computer Science , MCA

Systematic and logical approach

Reasoning and analytic ability.

Key Competencies

 Experience in Incident /Change/Problem Management /release management

 Knowledge in operational Concepts

 Knowledge in SQL Scripting and Windows server Management

Good to have

• Having a basic understanding or exposure to AI tools would be a plus.
• Familiarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.
• Basic knowledge or experience with AI tools will be beneficial.
• Exposure to AI tools, even at a basic level, is a value-add.
• A fundamental grasp of AI tools will be an added benefit.
