Overall Objectives of Job:

Projects/ Rollout project / Production Support and Maintenance :

The resource will be part of the Group platform, Procurement team and would be capable  identify, analyse, and implement improvements to our business processes to enhance efficiency and business value .

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical support across the procurement landscape, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs .
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical leads, and vendor partners to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, working group sessions, and stakeholder reviews
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively and escalate as required
• Ensure compliance with Allianz project governance frameworks, audit requirements, and reporting standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices within the Procurement COE.

Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills

Educational Qualifications :

B-Tech/MCA/MBA

Experience :

• Experience 4+ years of experience as IT support
• Overall knowledge of business process
• Excellent knowledge on excels and PowerPoints
• Working experience on agile methodology
• Good knowledge on financial process and knowledge in AI tools is an add-on advantage.

Other skills :

• Fluent communication in English (phone and mail)
• Experience in working with international teams
• Ability to work structured and self-dependent if necessary
• Ability to work in a team if necessary
• Willingness to share knowledge with AI tools exposure.

Key Competencies:

• Experience 4+ year experience in IT support
• Overall knowledge of Ariba Product and MM
• Excellent Integration experience
• Good Understanding of procurement business processes
