What We Expect From You?
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline (preferably engineering background),
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Reengineering, Digital Transformation or Consultancy roles (experience in Insurance, Banking or Telco sectors is preferred; Health Insurance, esp policy and operational process knowledge is a strong asset),
• Experience in data-driven projects, digital transformation, automation or AI-related initiatives is considered a plus,
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with business, technology and operations teams in cross-functional environments,
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and manage multiple initiatives in parallel in a dynamic environment,
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and data-driven decision-making skills
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and experience working in Agile environments
• Interest and / or hand-on experience in emerging technologies and digital solutions (AI, Gen AI, Machine Learning, OCR, RPA, automation technologies etc.),
• Familiarity with data analysis and AI-enabled solutions and the ability to translate business needs into technology-driven solutions,
• Proactive mindset with a strong interest in innovation, continuous improvement and learning new technologies,
• Experience or interest in test management and test automation practices is a plus,
• Familiarity with Business Rule Engines / decision automation platforms is considered a plus,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Turkish and English,
- Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
How Can You Make an Impact?
• Manage relationships with business units to understand and channel their IT, digital transformation and process improvement needs,
• Analyze business requirements and design digital, rule-based decision automation and AI-driven solutions for both new and existing systems,
• Identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities across multiple platforms by working with cross-functional teams,
• Prepare functional analysis, requirement documentation and related project artifacts required for successful implementation,
• Design test strategies, prepare test plans and test cases, support business units during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to test automation initiatives where applicable.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment, coordination and seamless implementation of transformation initiatives
• Explore and leverage digital technologies such as AI, Gen AI, Machine Learning, OCR and RPA to connect business needs with innovative solutions
• Contribute to the design and improvement of rule-based decision systems and Business Rule Engines to support automation and operational efficiency
• Ensure knowledge sharing and best practice transfer across squads and teams within the tribe
• Take an active role in Allianz Group transformation and innovation initiatives, both in terms of implementation and reporting
• Participate actively in Agile team rituals and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes
