How can you make an impact?
- Enter the production requests for group life insurance policies received from sales channels into the system accurately and on time, in accordance with relevant procedures and regulations.
- During renewal periods, ensure the renewal processes are completed accurately and thoroughly by checking the premium, coverage, scope, and participant information of existing group policies.
- Take actions related to observing and improving processes as part of system enhancements.
- Evaluate requests related to policies (cancellation/coverage requests/entries-exits, etc.) and perform the relevant transactions.
- Regularly and accurately communicate certificates, status lists, entry-exit endorsements, etc., to the intermediary institution.

What do we expect you to biring?
- A graduate of undergraduate programs from universities,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,
- Inclined towards teamwork,
- A solution-oriented approach that does not miss details,
