What you do

 

1. 重点项目规划与推进

负责智能客服、智能外呼、客户赢回、服务号运营等重点项目的全生命周期管理,包括项目立项、资源协调、里程碑设定、执行监控与风险控制; 建立并落地项目追踪与评估机制,确保项目按计划高质量交付,并实现预期业务目标。 

 

2. 成果提炼与价值呈现

对项目成果进行系统性分析、总结与提炼,形成高质量的内部汇报材料(如管理层报告、项目复盘、经验沉淀)及外部传播内容(如案例分享、行业交流); 负责项目关键成果的专业化呈现,提升项目在组织内外的影响力。

 

3. 客户与渠道需求洞察

深入理解渠道与客户需求,结合业务场景,推动项目设计更贴合一线实际; 与项目执行团队、IT、渠道、分支机构等内外部单位高效协同,确保项目在落地过程中具备业务洞察力与组织适配性。

 

4. 智能化应用推动与能力建设

持续关注AI在客户服务领域的最新应用场景与技术发展,主动识别可落地、可复用的智能化能力,推动其在客服体系中的规模化应用; 结合项目实践,沉淀智能化运营方法论,提升团队在AI赋能领域的整体能力。

 

5. 主管分配的其他工作任务。 

 

What you bring

 

1. 大学本科及以上,保险、金融、管理等相关专业优先;

2. 拥有3年及以上寿险总部工作经验,了解寿险业务流程及客群经营思路;

3. 具有渠道、客服或运营部门与客户经营相关的项目管理、经营分析等经验,且有成功项目案例者优先;

4. 具有优秀的报告撰写、数据统计分析能力,良好的表达能力,其中英语能作为工作语言的优先。具备人工智能相关的技能者优先。
