Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry and transaction processing
Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities
Help prepare financial reports and reconciliations
Maintain and update accounting records in compliance with company policies
Assist with invoice processing and payment verification
Support the team with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related projects
Provide ad hoc support as needed

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office applications and AI
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with AI tools is preferred
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP) is a plus
Available for a 3-month internship period (June – August)
